How is audoor different from other quick commerce apps?
Most quick commerce apps deliver from warehouses run by the app company, often called dark stores. On audoor, your order goes to a real local store, restaurant or cafe near you, and an agent from your area brings it over.
What is the difference between Buy for me and Pick for me?
Buy for me is for shopping: choose products from the stores near you, and an agent collects them from the store and brings them over. Pick for me is for sending: a bike agent collects a small item and drops it anywhere in the city.
What can I send with Pick for me?
Small items, like keys, a charger, a tiffin, documents or medicines for your parents. You see a fixed price before you book, you see who is collecting it, and you can track it live.
Can I choose which store my order comes from?
Yes. Open a store or restaurant and order from its catalogue or menu, or search for a product and choose from the nearby places that have it. If one is out of something, we route your order to the next.
Can I order for someone at a different address?
Yes. Save more than one address, such as your parents' home, and pick it at checkout. You can follow the delivery live from wherever you are.
How do I pay?
Online when you place your order, or by UPI or cash when it arrives: you choose. Delivery and handling fees are shown on the bill before you place the order.
When do partners get paid?
Every Monday, for the previous week's orders, less audoor's commission. Nothing changes hands at the counter.
How do agents get paid?
Agents earn for every trip, plus tips in full. Earnings collect in the wallet in the app and are paid out weekly or monthly, as the agent chooses.
